Though there are several good and caring staff, it does not outweigh the bad here. My child has come home with bite marks on more than one occasion that were not noticed, documented or addressed. They don’t abide by their own policies, and continue to progressively add fees. Recently, they chose to close for COVID, but were demanding parents pay for services not provided because their “funding ran out.”
1 yr old baby's shoulder was broken they said from a fall but dr said otherwise & it should be investigated
