I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I have used this provider for awhile now and it's sad to see people put such sad reviews. My child loves it there! The teachers are always doing something creative or hands on. My child doesn't cry when dropping off and has learned so much! The staff is always friendly and welcomes the kids with hugs. The environment is comfortable and welcoming. The play yard is nice and the facility is clean. I've seen some reviews that have been negitive recently and it's sad to see such a active bussiness in the community get put down over from what I'm assuming is a discrental employee by seeing how randomly they all of a sudden got bad reviews and have been open for awhile. I get daycares are scary from stories you hear but they're not all bad. I don't always go based off of reviews because there are two sides to every story. I love tiger tales and so does my family. As for the comment about the babyroom if you were that concerned of a parent you should have pulled your kid right away. The teachers in there are nice and friendly and the one I know has been there awhile and has always been respectful. If I were a parent and talking smack about my child's daycare and yet still taking them and not pulling them right away how would that make me look? I give them a 5 star!
Definitely looking for a new daycare. I picked up my child in the afternoon and there was no teacher in the classroom! The babies were left alone! I know who the teacher responsible is and I'm so shocked the young girl still works there!
