I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Who runs this place? Listen to me carefully, if your child is NOT in the 1 year old class with Ms Lucy or Ms Iesha then DO NOT bring your child here. (They are the only good teachers left and if you ask me, they need to leave and find a place that will nurture that!) If your child is turning to 2 years old and headed to Ms Sara's class RUN for the freaking hills! They smile in your face but when the doors close everything under the sun happens. My child tells me everything. She tells me when the children are put in time out. Why would you put a 2 year old in time out? Be a teacher not a parent! I have peeked inside classrooms many times and have seen children choking other children and the teachers not do a thing. I have seen teachers hit students on the hands! I have seen and heard a teacher in the 3 year old classes yelling at a little girl who was throwing up on the floor sick! She knows who she is! I have seen teachers snatch up kids on the play ground for simply playing in the mulch! I have heard teachers yelling at the little children for playing loudly. Once I picked up my child in the SAME DIAPER I DROPPED HER TO SCHOOL IN!! Are you freaking serious?! If your kid cries every day when you bring them to school then LISTEN TO THEM! BELIEVE THEM! They are trying to tell you something about their teacher! I see kids being pinned down by teachers every morning so they won't run after their parents when they drop them off. PARENTS DO NOT LET THESE TEACHERS PIN YOUR KIDS DOWN JUST TO KEEP THEM FROM RUNNING AFTER YOU. Stay until they calm themselves down or find another school where they will be happy! BE LATE TO WORK IF NEEDED! Heed my words: FIND ANOTHER SCHOOL! This school is cheap because you get what you pay for! RUN and stop being delusional! I have seen and heard a lot and have kept my mouth closed. It starts with management. Management is weak!
