I have used this provider for less than 6 months

If I could give zero stars I certainly would! I was referred by a friend and requested a tour. Upon completion of the tour I inquired if the registration fee was refundable if we decided not to enroll our infant. Jill informed me that it was 100% refundable, and was used as a placeholder for my child’s spot. I paid the registration fee within 24hrs. In considering all the options we didn’t want to lose a spot since there was one available. When I called to inform them that I was not going to enroll my child at the scheduled time due to personal reasons, yet again I was reassured that my registration fee was refundable and under the guise of concern for what was happening told to leave the registration fee to continue to hold the spot in case things change, and if they didn’t, not to worry because I could still have the fee refunded. Today, I sent an email confirming my intention to not move forward with enrollment and requested the registration fee be refunded and was told “ unfortunately registration fees are non refundable”. I then proceeded to call since the reply email was without a signer/signature. I requested to speak with Jill, when she came to the call she denied ever telling me that. Now my tour was in January and my child was nearly 4mths old and I was clear that she wouldn’t be enrolled until she was six months. It is now June, why would anyone call darn near six months later requesting a refund if they were told the fee is non refundable? How can a business retain a registration fee if the registration never happened? Not to mention, not once did anyone from TLE reach out to me about enrollment, that is extremely odd especially when you’re supposedly holding a spot! It’s clear that this location would rather collect fees and alter student invoices reflecting higher amounts to increase their profit margins. A friend of mine was also a victim of their behavioral indiscretions around finance, ghost fees, and refusals to correct their wrongs. There is a pattern of financial abuse against marginalized individuals, it’s discriminatory and disgraceful!

We love TLE Westampton! We chose this school over the others in the area because of the location, cleanliness, facility, and price.

It is so easy to pull into their parking lot and there is always a space available. I rarely have to wait on traffic to pull out of the lot and that helps a lot!

The classroom is always clean and the teachers are diligent about keeping things wiped down and put away. When we toured the school that is what stood out the most. Each classroom we visited there was at least one teacher wiping or cleaning something.

The facility is new, bright, and kept in good repair. The toys are always new and there is something different to play with or on everyday! To top it all off, the price was better than any other school we visited in the area. It was a 'no-brainier' decision!

The Learning Experience is an amazing school! My children were attending another daycare and it came to a point where I had to remove the both of them because I was not pleased with the service they were receiving. I can’t say that about TLE; from the day I completed the tour of the school, I wished I had attended something like this as a child. The school is kid-friendly, clean and all staff members are very caring and nice.
I don’t have to panic in the mornings about what I will prepare for them for lunch because it’s taken care of at TLE along with two snacks. It’s nice to know I can drop the kids off to their class and know they are being cared for properly in a secure building.
I have recommended this daycare to friends/co-workers as well and they have their children attending this school as well now. And their summer program for the kids is simply well-planned and the children have a blast every single day!
So, what I would say to someone who is thinking of looking for a new daycare; don’t hesitate in completing a tour at The Learning Experience in Westampton; I guarantee you’ll love it!

I constantly recommend this TLE to all of my friends. The management is top notch, the care-givers are very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and organized. My daughter has been going there for two years now and she LOVES it and has learned so much with their curriculum. She has progressed and transitioned well and will be ready for kindergarten in the fall. We are so THANKFUL for TLE!

I will start off by saying wow to the person above. T.L.E. Is not just a child care facility it is much more. The management and staff are wonderful!! The owner is amazing. She puts her heart and soul into T.L.E. She knows child in the building and treats EVERY SINGLE ONE like they are her own. Westampton is so much more than a daycare; it offers outstanding curriculum, enrichment programs, family events, lunch, loving & caring staff, and so much more. Yes, TLE's family is growing but it is for the better. It had so much to offer. I can drop my child off and have no worry because I know how outstanding this facility is.
