Great curriculum except that some teachers are AMAZING at teaching and sticking with the sign language assigned to the month and others could care less to push the issue, HORRIBLE turnover seems they cannot keep teachers there for very long, new teachers and assistants every week. Most of the staff seems unhappy, overworked, underpaid and stressed to the max. The Child to teacher ratio is terrible, they make it seem like they are following guidelines but if you show up unexpectedly you are likely to find 15 toddlers to 1 teacher! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!! The teachers and assistants are moving to different rooms constantly most likely to help with the diminishing staff that seems to be more frequent!!! NIGHTMARE of a director she cares more about sitting at the front desk trying to put on a show for the parents coming in the door than knowing what's going on in her center with the kids or more importantly the teachers and how they are treating their children. I have heard a teach tell a child in pre-k "he was acting like a little brat" I have seen teachers ignoring terrible behavior of children while others yell to get their point across. NONE of the staff seems to respect the director her communication is TERRIBLE and the communication between some of the teachers and parents is non existent in some cases.....
