I am writing this review because I feel the amount of money being paid should help in supplies and working material in the classroom.. The child attend the school and all he comes home with is a coloring sheet at four. What about ABC's and numbers etc.,, they want their money and if you are day late one has said you will not be able to bring the child back until you pay the money. I have never been late or have carried over a balance. Quite rude and improfessional.
As a former employee, they are very rude to their staff and very secretive about everything that happens there. I would not recommend anyone work here. They want to over work you for very little pay and then get upset or fire you because you don't want to work ridiculous long hours. The director and her husband are not trustworthy people they act different with parents than with staff. They had us eating in a small closet at one point because they don't have a room for the staff to have lunch. If they don't want you there anymore without reason or any warning they will send you a text message the night before your shift and tell you not to come in anymore they don't even have enough respect to tell employees in person they are fired. They accept any kind of student even children that need extra help with behavioral issues that most staff is not certified to handle and they don't even take out the time to train you on how to handle in the classroom. You also don't have enough supplies to do lesson plans they make all this money but where does it go? Also the lunches for the children are not portioned out correctly there are days where there is not enough food for children. Its really sad to see that when the parents pay so much money to have their children there. The last thing is infections and other sickness these poor children have, they do not notify parents of anything that goes around the school like the flu, hand foot and mouth disease and etc.. and the staff can't say anything or they get fired. Overall don't put your children in there and don't work there!
