Jenn fletcher is very two faced, passive aggressive and doesn't like her authority questioned. Yes, the place is clean and in a nice area however they're constantly understaffed and the teachers engage in high school politics mostly out of fear of Jenn Flecther. So many kids go neglected, get abused by other kids and are ignored because they're always understaffed ! Like 25 kids to 1 teacher. High turnover rate as well. Don't be fooled by having access to video; you can't hear the conversations or cries from children being ignored by a "teacher" who is over whelmed or having a bad day. This place isn't the worst , by far. I love that the kids are exposed to a diverse culture BUT THIS PLACE NEEDS WORK!!!!!!!! ATTITUDES MATTER HERE not the welfare of the children ! Ah, yes!!!! Don't be a teacher wanting to make real change !! They will gang up on you, lie on you and find ways to force you out. The pay is awful yet some teachers stay for the love of the kids but not many ! You're stuck with lazy people who smile in your face who are bitter. Although, I regret my time wasted there ; I don't regret ever for a second teaching those beautiful souls who depend on us ! Do better Discovery Tree and stop letting people around children who don't have any of their clearances just to make you guys job easier. Lazy! Yet will be the first to judge. The self righteousness of these hypocrites.
Very poorly run. The director and her husband are more interested in money than the care of children. Communication is terrible. After registering they assured us ther was room for our eldest child only to be told when we went to enroll that the space had been filled. At the time of withdrawal they with held a weeks tuition even though notice was given and they refused to call us back to discuss it. Then threatened to get a restraining order not allowing us on the property even though they were charging for our daughter to be there.
I visited The Discovery Tree with my church group and their kids and enjoyed being there. I saw how well the children were provided for and how much fun they had. I hope to work there one day. It is a place I would want my child to be apart of
