I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The staff besides a few people were very good with the kids but the owner Joann is one of the worst people I have ever encountered. She used false pretenses to kick my 4 year old out with no notice, then when I told her I was reaching out for legal advice and to her licensing representative she kicked my 3 year old who is autistic out and 2 year old the very next day. Not one staff member or anyone reached out to see how they are or what even happened. They will all be the nicest people on the planet when you are there but its all an act.
