I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Do not, I repeat do not put your child in this daycare facility. Every time my husband or I would pick up my daughter she would have snot dripping into her mouth. Nobody wipes the kids noses! Wtf? They even had the nerve to send me a picture of my child with snot running all into her mouth, and post it on the app I will post that below!! All the kids noses full of snot! Boogers! Like we aren’t still in a pandemic and children are not already naturally “germy”. It’s freezing in there in the summer, they have water play, and BABIES/TODDLERS come into subzero temperatures in wet clothes!! They tried to tell me oh we change them before they come in, A LIE! I have photos of my daughter from their app in her bathing suit inside that cold ass ROOM!! My daughter contracted RSV, and got so sick 104.5 fever! Now I understand babies are going to get sick it’s inevitable! BUT for me to find out multiple other children contracted the virus and were hospitalized!!? They didn’t even send out an alert they put a SIGN on the door!! A WEEK LATER!! Didn’t even reach out to my child who was out for a whole week knowing this shit is going around their facility to help other parents protect their babies!! But they had the audacity to ask a friend of mine who’s child also attends how my child was doing instead of picking up the phone!! They have an infant program here!! My best friend who recommended I put my daughter in this program had a son in there infant quarters! He contracted it, and has been in and out the hospital for breathing issues, high fever and a severe cough! This place is at capacity damn near every morning you come in it’s chaos, the kids rooms are moved! They are understaffed!! You go to take your child to their room nobodies in there or “we switched them”. Kids are on top of each other classrooms maxed out! If you are worried about putting your child in daycare go with your gut. This place is a joke, they are very expensive [IDC I’m not looking for cheap childcare for my baby!], and half the parents are getting some form of help [assistance\vouchers] to even be able to afford to put their children here. My husband, and I pay full tuition price no problem and my daughter contracts RSV!!!! No one calls !!! They act like they don’t know when two children have been hospitalized. I’m still waiting on a call from the director to snatch my daughter out of this place !!! This shit isn’t a priority to them! She’s ducking and dodging a phone call. With that being said if you are a concerned parent who wants your child to be in the BEST facility receiving the BEST care these bastards ARE NOT It! My husband is FDNY, and I’m a dental hygienist with over 15k on Instagram 30k on tiktok! I’m going to BLAST this place and red flag them every chance I get !!!! Do not bring your children here!! Sincerely a PISSED OFF mother and my daughter is still sick with a vicious cough that won’t let up! You’ll see this review on every single review platform you can find on this place !!
