Description: Tender Garden’s early childhood programs aim to educate children from 2 – 4 years old. Curriculums focus on developing social-emotional, cognitive, communications and motor skills, with an emphasis on early literacy – reading, writing, listening and speaking – and basic mathematics competencies.
Our NYS certified teachers play an interactive role in guiding educational activities and inspiring children to embrace learning as a fun and exciting part of their earliest years.
Inside our doors is a warm and friendly community of teachers, staff, students, parents and neighbors. Throughout the school year, there are many opportunities to form new friendships that will last long after your child’s years at Tender Garden.
We welcome families to participate in many events and celebrations throughout the year, including: Back-To-School Orientation, Halloween Parade, Holiday Festival, Picture Day, Parent/Teacher Conference, Mother’s Day Tea, Father’s Day Party and Graduation Ceremony.
Tender Garden is appointed as one of the facilities that provide the Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program for the Levittown School District. The Learning Center has been duly certified as a nursery school through the University of the State of New York, and possesses at Day Care Center License from the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
