The place has a lot of potential if they could get the right staff in there that would be active with the kids instead of staff being in they phone there is not structure at all it's just complete free for all as well as some staff. Are lil more rough with the kids they say it's cause kids don't listen well it all starts with the staff it's not the kids fault
awful place! was great... now its awful! My child was sent home with holes in her shirt due to a mouse chewing on them. My 6 month old was fed FISH STICKS. They cant keep staff because the owners are MIA! i have been with Teeny Bubbles for 2 years and the first 1.5 were great, but when they lost their good staff due to not wanting to pay them.... its really gone down hill! i hope it was worth not paying their staff... look up there write ups from the state of MN their new staff isnt even trained in CPR.. very sad Blood Family!
I gave this place a one star because zero stars is unavailable. The doors are not locked to outside visitors, even though the promises have been made to the parents that they would be. Anyone can come and go, as they feel. Our sitter would pick up our child and they would simply hand her over to the sitter, even though we had forgotten to tell them that she was picking our daughter up. After we left, they then informed us of money that we owed them. We agreed to pay a certain amount. After that amount was satisfied, they continued to take money out of our account monthly and would not supply us with a statement. The reason we left....during the height of covid, other parents were being called to pick up their children due to a lack of staff to watch the children, those parents still were forced to pay for daycare services that they were not receiving. During this time, I went to pick up our daughter, only to find one staff member watching TWO different rooms. Therefore, by definition, my two year old was unsupervised for half the day. During this time, that people were being forced to pick up their children, due to lack of staff, two of the owners were in Las Vegas for a bridal shower. Upon return, they simply started working again, no quarantine. That was the last straw for us.
I attended a tour of this day care center and when arriving I was able to freely walk in the door. No one greeted us when we arrived, I did have a scheduled time but no one was there to assist. So all three of us just started walking around as we waited in the front entrance for awhile. We walked to the left door and started roaming around the building- we did spot 2 staff holding babies- they made eye contact- however, they were talking among themselves and turned away from us. So we continued to wander around the building. When we did not see anyone who looked as if they were waiting for us we wandered back to the front entrance and knocked on the door and was met by the owners daughter? They gave us a tour without ever introducing themselves or asking our names. When touring the baby room the staff were still talking amongst themselves and babies were crying (as they were before too)- none of them introduced themselves or even gave a friendly smile. While the staff showing us around was explaining I was uncomfortable as all the babies were screaming and no one was checking on them. I asked if they just let them cry like that and they said “____ is teething so he just needs a couple minutes” however, it had already been since we arrived that we heard babies crying and it was more than one. She quickly lead us out of the room after I asked (and as they continued to just sit and talk amongst themselves) to finish explaining the place. My gut was not a happy camper when I left.
This is by far the best daycare in brainerd! The staff is wonderful and my daughter absolutely loves it there!
My family and I are new to the area. Leading up to our move a trusted friend refer us to Teeny Bubbles, we called them a few times to get information. Nice and helpful over the phone. The week before we moved we made a quick stop, no appointment, at the odds we could just introduced ourselves. The owners and staff were kind and welcoming! We got our info, printed all the paperwork at home, moved to the area on Saturday and the baby girls started full time on Monday and I'm writing this review on Wednesday! They love it and come home happy and tired!! We also have a daughter in the local school, Teeny Bubbles offers a bus to big up elementary school ages to come to their facility as well as offering them summer programs. For the toddlers and preschoolers during the standard school months, they hold an academic program and play hard in the summer. We have only been there for 3 days and we're very happy with our decision! Lastly the owners were private in-home providers for 21 years. They became a center just last July. They and their staff are experienced and very knowledgeable
