I would give zero stars if possible. They talk all about inclusivity, and then kick my 3 year old son out because he was trying to get to the playground on his first day behind there. He’s non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, so he takes a few day to get used to a new schedule. I told them all of this head of time, and the director, Nikki Bellew, had one suggestion: pay an “AID” or “a person they interview to make money off of” $20,000+ for a yearly salary, along with the $235-$305 biweekly tuition you pay per child. I highly recommend going anywhere else. The director is/was extremely condescending, and she kicked my son out after him being there one day (please keep in mind she had/has NEVER met him and still hasn’t to this day), while he was only there for 8 hours (while I worked next door), and their only complaint was that he kept trying to get to the GATED playground, surrounded with security guards and badges to open every single door because they are ALL locked. If your child has any developmental delays, ADHD, likes to play outside, doesn’t acclimate to new environments after 5 minutes, then I suggest going somewhere that doesn’t take your ENTIRE check. It would’ve cost my husband and I over $2,000 to send our two kids here because of one incident that could’ve been fixed, easily. They have an app that sends you pics through the day of what the kids are doing, and in every single photo, he was as happy as could be. Smiling, giggling before nap time while I called the center to check on him. The worker was giggling with him because he was giggling so hard from being snap happy. So this is my review: the workers were lovely, the staff is lovely, the website paints a beautiful picture of inclusivity and structure, but the director who has the final say is awful. There are way too many centers who charge $10-$30 (just an estimate, much less than $1,500 every two weeks for an 8 month old and a newly 4 year old who just wants to play and make friends. He isn’t violent. He listens. He was just surrounded by glass windows all day and all he could see was a beautiful playground, which is heaven to a child.
Best child center hands down. Now in a new building. Knowledgeable staff.
