I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Beth was supposed to be temporary care for my son and by day 3 age she already decided that he wasn’t going to be a good fit but would give him another week. Everyone knows that children take time to adjust and 3 days isn’t enough time to do so. Upon pickup on day 3, she didn’t have a conversation with me. Instead she cowardly wrote a note on the back of his Day summary slip. He attended a 2nd week and was reported to be doing better. Then he got sick so he stayed home for a few days. Upon his return on Monday she sent a text that he was fussy and no longer a good fit so she terminated services effective immediately. Beth was completely unprofessional and doesn’t appear to work well with children nor know how to give them time to adjust. She lacks the empathy to be a safe place for children and clearly wants factory children to attend her rigid daycare. Her husband strangely will help with the kids as well but isn’t friendly and doesn’t speak/greet you despite him being around your child. I should of known better after meeting with her as my son was stand offish and she wasn’t personable. My son would come home thirsty and hungry as if she didn’t take the time to feed him. I’m glad my son was a better judge of character than I and let it be known he was so unhappy in her care. Meanwhile, he’s loved by so many and is known as a happy baby that his permanent daycare provider adores. Goes to show that he wasn’t the issue, she was.
