Connect, Seek Advice, Share Knowledge
Stephanie is a rude and unfriendly daycare provider who becomes enmeshed in divorced family dynamics. She becomes personal friends with one of the parents and then refuses to acknowledge, greet, or come to the door for the other parent. She sends personally text messages offering personal advice about what she thinks of a personal family matter. She also allows those parents (who haven’t been background checked) who she favors to stay in the house with the daycare children unsupervised while she disallows members of the other parent's family onto her property for pickup. When they do drop off, she doesn’t even come to the door and wants the children to enter the property without any interaction.
