This DAYCARE has decent people working there. This being said, the business has a Headstart License. This means the children going through should be MORE than prepared for a kindergarten setting.
They provided absolutely no number or letter recognition skills. If we weren't working with her at home, she wouldn't even recognize her own name. After half a year at kindergarten, she's finally caught up with the students JUST STARTING.
If I knew where to turn these people in for abusing a federal grant, I would.
