The staffs are different in their parenting skills. Some staff put my son in a high chair by himself for hours just so the staff can supervise other children in peace. Most of the times the staff does not informed you about any minor injuries expect for noticable physical marks such as my son have a teeth marks on his arm because a child decided to bite him in anger. If you packed lunch for your child. Usually the staff does not feed the toddler/children their packed lunches expect for returning it to the parent. Lastly, the staff bonds with the children and toddler are having them watch movies for long period of hours. In conclusion I think as a parent this is not a place I want my toddler or children to go because of lack of hand-on experience and affection. Since they do provide meals on site I think they need to update their menu. Having children watching TV is not meeting their mental mind and enriching them. A few pro the provider is willing to break a few rules and compromise with a busy parent. The staffs are great being a care taker meeting the simple needs such as food, nap time, playtime and supervision but not the emotional and affection level of the toddler/children.
