I am very pleased with Sophia's Sandcastles. I have used other daycares and I feel comfortable leaving my children in the care of Sophia's. My children enjoy Sophia's Sand Castles and for me it is easy to bring them, then continue on my way to work.
Nice lady... BUT communication skills can use improvement in emergency circumstances. Consistency and qualification among staff is poor. Does not adhere to initial agreements over the long-term. Environment may change drastically from one month to the next, without warning. Has a tendency to treat parents as if they are charity cases.
