My son went here for a few months, Natasha was good with my son, but she doesn't work well with parents. I wouldn't recommend using her if you work retail or have a job where you get out at 5pm. You have to pick your child/ren on Fridays by 4:45 pm and week days by 5:15pm. She would just throw soiled clothing in a back and not even bother with rinsing the clothes. A few baby outfits ended up getting ruined. We should of used her handbook as a sign and not went with her, but my cousin took his daughter there so I gave her a try. She had at least three different names for her business in the handbook. She doesn't give you any notice if she is unable to watch your child/ren. When we gave her our two weeks notice of ending our contract she retaliated by texting me at 4:00 am to inform me that effective immediately she was ending our contract, leaving us to try to quickly find child care so we can go to work. She kept all of our diapers and wipes that we supplied for our son when she cancelled our contract. I wouldn't waste your time or money on Natasha.
