Description: Crossroads Seminole Early Childhood Development Center is a quality Early Head Start program licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. This Three-Star facility earned the highest mark of quality in early childhood education by receiving national accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Center Director Teri Nutt along with her staff of experienced, educated teachers provides a warm, nurturing environment designed to prepare children for success in school and life. Children receive a positive introduction to education, playing with others, eating a variety of foods and practice healthy habits. Early Head Start builds confidence in children and their parents. Parents become involved in their children’s education, discover their own strengths, and continue to develop to their fullest potential.
Early Head Start believes parents are the primary educators of their children. As part of its primary goal to develop confident and capable children, parents and staff create individual learning paths for each child to ensure his/her success in our program. Our classrooms reflect rich cultures of the families we serve and introduce children to the world around them through active hands on experiences. Our program also accommodates children with special needs as well as assistance and resources to parents to improve the quality and conditions of family life.
Crossroads Seminole Early Childhood Development Center partners with non-profit, social service agencies and in providing income eligible children and their families with an opportunity to strengthen their chances for future success.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
