I once performed a working interview with this center. I only realized later that I should have gotten paid for the "working" interview. It was my belief that they were short staffed and needed an extra pair of hands but had no intentions of hiring me.

Free labor is ILLEGAL.

I am an employee

I am a former employee of rosebud. I advise anyone looking for employment to make your decision wisely. I was worked there for one day and quit because of management Kristie is very rude and the training is very poor. I have never worked for a company that does not care for the employees. It is now 3 months later April 7, 2017 and I still haven't received my paycheck. I have made plenty attempts and I'm tired of hearing it's coming by mail. I will be getting an lawyer involved if I don't receive my money within the next week! It's not the point about the amount of money made but it is the point that nobody works for free and if you can't train your employees right or allow sick kids to attend and make other kids sick is very disgusting center. Kristie needs to be fired because she is very unprofessional.

I am an employee

I worked there for almost two months and worked 11 hour days. And all I asked was for a hour lunch in return. The director there Kristie Terry is very rude to the teachers and constantly tells us she is on break. And the cook there came in my room on several occasions saying are you to dumb to know how to count, and if you tried to tell Kristie she would she was on break and walk away. It's funny how I busted my bottom for these a people, and they let me go thru an e-mail and not in person or over the phone. Keep your children away because Kristie acts like she cares when all she does is sit in her office and face time her friends.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Ok, here is the low down about this Daycare Center. MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT!!! This place has very very poor management. My granddaughter has been there for almost a year and they have gone thru (4) Directors and I can't even count how many so called teachers and employees. This has all been in less than a year! So the problem lies with the Owner of the business. The owners apparently are only worried about the money not the Kids. So Management only works when you have good support behind you and at Rosebud Child Development they DON'T. This place is the most transsitional daycare center I have ever seen. There are new people working there every week. No one stays around for long the teachers, the Directors, the bus drivers!! Its Horrible!! So what does that tell you poor Management. If the business owners would stop and listen to there employees and make them happy maybe people would stick around and continue to work there. If the owners did that the money would come the Staff would be happy, the parents and most of all the kids!! The transsion of new staff every week makes the kids very uncomfortable. This hinders the chikldren learning. Kids need consistancy to flourish. As a parent when you try to get the owners number from the front desk. No one will give it to you. They are scared to. So what does tht say about the business owner?? They don't care and don't want to listen not even to the parents concerns. As a person who has been around for 50 years,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER TO ANYONE!!! I have waited a year to see if anything was gonna change and it has gotten worse. So all the ones I know that take there kids there are pulling them out my grandchild inclluded!

The staff is very poor and inexperienced. Do not waste your time here or your money. The service is horrible and the staff changes every couple weeks.

My son has attended Rosebud Child Develpment Center for almost 2 years. The first year was fine with an amazing great staff but the second was a total disaster. The second year they changed many different staff around and it made my son confused and not be able to be as comfortable as he would be if he had the same teacher the whole year. My son cried everyday. One day, I came to pick up my son early and I witnessed a teacher yell and grab a little boy by his arm in a rough manner. Some teachers look awfully young and didn't give the impression of being qualified to care for the young children. I finally got my son out of there after the "director" , Penelope if I'm not mistaken about her name, wanted to charge me some late fees that I thought was not correct. She became very rude and hung up the phone on me. The next day she saw me pull up in the front, and quickly she gathered my sons paper work and handed it to me outside. She wouldn't even let me go inside.
I Do NOT recommend for your child to be cared for in the place. October 19, 2014.

My granddaughter has been enrolled at
Rosebud CDC since Pre-K. I have been very pleased with the care and communication. It is a small school compared to other schools in the community but it has the warmest and most caring staff. The building is always clean and inviting and it makes you feel like you are dropping your child off at home. I am very pleased with the care at Rosebud and would highly recommend the school.

My child has been at Rosebud since they reopened in July of 2010.  Rosebud is a small center that thrives themselves on taking care of our children as they would family. My daughter had a rough couple of first days, but the teachers in the two year old room were phenomenal. I think their names were Rafian and Missy. You could tell how much passion they had for my child and making sure she had a great experience there. As far as them not looking out for the safety of the children there is insane. Any where you go there are going to be accidents especially when there are young children involved. Children are clumsy and always trip or fall I think RB delivers an exceptional grace at taking care of the situations. A lot of parents now a day are so quick to blame other people for little "minor" incidents. All I know is that my daughter is more than welcomed at RB she is a part of the family. The director there now is Missy one of the teachers who had my daughter and there are plenty of times when my child on the weekends says she wants to see Missy or that she can’t wait to see her. The other teachers there are just as great. Every room she has been in is just another great experience. So as far as I am concerned I will always refer parents to RB. Sad to see one person had to write something negative about this great little school. Any one should check them out :)

My child attended Rosebud Child Development Center for about 12 months.  I loved many of the employees that tendered to my child.  Like all places there were many ups as well as many downs.  The last straw was when my child was injured under the supervision of the same-one-employee.  The daycare refused to remove the employee from my child's room even after the third incident resulted in a trip to the emergency room for my child.  The goal of any daycare should be to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment for all children and Rosebud Child Development Center DOES NOT ensure the safety of all children!
