Description: The Montessori method of teaching is based on helping each child to manifest his or her full potential. It is derived from the experiences and research of Dr. Maria Montessori and guidance provided by her. Today, research has proved what Dr. Montessori knew to be true in the early 1900's: That the first few years of a child's life are crucial to personality and intellectual development. She wrote: "The most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the period from birth to age six. For that is the time when man's intelligence itself, his greatest implement is being formed. But, not only his intelligence, the full totality of his psychic powers...at no age has the child greater need of an intelligent help, and any obstacle that impedes his creative work will lessen the chance he has of achieving perfection."

OWNERS-The 2 women who own the schools fight, talk bad to teachers, treat directors horrible..& most of all have no communication. The owners choose to not communicate. You can imagine what one person says and then the other. It s confusing to the whole school.Horrible & such a headache.
FOOD- the food they serve is not nutritional, well balanced, burnt half the time, and you pay extra for the food. Ordering a lunch at $3.50 a piece you would expect you get a good serving. They barely serve any food. Children always ask for more, yet there is none.
TEACHERS- the teachers have no dress code, therefore they do not look professional. Management allows them to bring whatever drinks they can inside the school(like a teacher walking down the hall with the kids holding a can of Monster energy drink)etc. Teachers freely use their cell phones in class. Some teachers eyes are on their phones more than the kids. I was surprised this school is Montessori because I would call it babysitting. No lesson plans, no curriculum, nothing. It s free to teach whatever it is to get through the day. Teachers also let the kids watch movies everyday. Toy story, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, etc. For an hour at a time.
SUMMER CAMP- All efforts into after school age kids. Every Friday is splash day so school age kids go to the CAC, while the rest of the school gets to play with a water hose and broken bath toys.
