While the staff was very kind and sweet toward my child, I was finding issues in very concerning areas. Daily my child would come home with diaper rash (never got it at home even without the use of desitin). On several occasions (more than I want to count) my child would have come home, have a wet diaper change and have feces still in their bum as well as other creases from previous diaper changes. This was very concerning as the hygiene needs of my child did not seem to be met. Daily sheets were awful to begin with and often times were incomplete. No accurate way to know what and how much my child ate throughout the day. For the cost, I expected better care for my child that we just did not receive. Lastly, communication was awful.
