My children LOVE Leticia. She is so good with them too. She is so kind with them and has a gentleness about her, but has every ability to handle my two toddlers' wild and intense personalities. She has a great space and way of doing things, and takes a very active role in their care, be it my son's aversion to eating, a persistent rash, making sure they are clean and presentable, as well as making sure they are ok emotionally while in her care. She updates me every day with how they did, if they had any struggles, etc. She also has a great perspective on really understanding why a child is behaving the way he or she is behaving. She has taken extra classes on behavior and you can tell she has boundaries, but is still very loving and kind and talks to the kids in such a good way. She doesn't talk down to them and I love that.
