I let my son attend here for a month; during this time his information was leaked to a family friend that he was attending there. They asked me if I know of this place and the director there. He was also potty trained before attending and was sent home with both of his outfits dirty and they gave him an outfit they had there to wear so in total he used the bathroom on his self three times; I even had to start providing pull ups again! His first day at his new center he didn’t have one accident… this tells me the teachers just didn’t take him to the bathroom his teacher said to me one day that no one else in the class was potty trained so that’s why he was not using the bathroom not true he is the only one potty trained at his new school as well! He is two! I would not recommend here they have random days off and they close at 5pm on the FSSA website it says they close at 7pm this is why I picked this center over other but this is not true! I also arrived here at 8AM one day rang the door bell multiple times and waited 15 mins no one answered; I called the center the owner who wasn’t at the center answered (I assume it was forwarded to her cellphone) and said someone should be there; they never came to the door; I took my son to work with me! I do not recommend this school at all !
I have used this provider now for nearly 4 years. My daughter was new to daycare and my husband, and I were already skeptical about her being in daycare. However, from the moment we took a tour, we fell in love with this provider and its people and the facility. I even had another baby who now attends this daycare as well. I highly recommend this provider. The staff is awesome, and all full of so much love and care for the children. Highly recommended establishment.
