Teachers were doing them twice per year all at once, now staff will do them based on when children enrolled so that the 6 month mark doesn't get missed again.

Upon a second review, one of the four clearances was missing and was ran on 12/4/19. There is a checklist developed that we will add to our hiring process to ensure that the center is in compliance with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490.

We did not have a chance to split the group up before count was done. Another staff took the 2 children from the group to even out ratios.
