Description: The Purchase Children's Center Inc. provides an atmosphere where children can explore and learn about their environment, are free to question and experiment and to reach new levels of growth.
We create an environment that allows children to enhance themselves socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively. These goals are achieved through the building and sustaining of a bond between the child, the parent and the teacher.
The Purchase Children's Center is accreditied by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). NAEYC administers the largest and most widely NAEYCrecognized accreditation system for all types of early childhood programs.
Early childhood programs accredited by the NAEYC Academy for Early Childhood Program Accreditation have voluntarily undergone a comprehensive process of internal self-study and improvement. Each NAEYC-accredited program must meet all 10 of the NAEYC Early Childhood Program Standards.
