I am a former employee and parent. Overall, your children are guaranteed to get a good quality education. Good teachers and the school is very nice. The chef and food is awesome. The director Amanda is super nice and knowledgeable...the owners are not the nicest people in my opinion (which is the reason why for the lower star count), not the most honest and can be very cold from my experience. It was very rude, disrespectful, and unnecessary how I was treated and my children...but sadly, its common in the childcare industry for staff with children to not be treated as well as regular paying parents. So the down side for me is the ownership...but everything else is good. I think with more experience the little things will improve. But no place is perfect. You will get your bang for your buck...the ownership is not the most important when pertaining to your children, but the teachers that actually teach. As far as employment, it was common during my time there if a staff put in their notice to leave, they may go overboard trying to get you to stay or be not so nice and not let you work out your notice, take you completely off the schedule or just tell u to leave...which is not the most professional in my opinion. Also staff were promised raises that we did not get. The first year of a school opening can be very stressful, so I'm sure its all just a learning experience for the owners who has no background in childcare. One perk of this school is that it's great and reassuring knowing that you have a doctor in the building.
