Horrible! We had an extremely bad experience with them. Moving newly to Liberty Park, seeing the fancy ambience there, and talking to the smart Lady manager who is very good at marketing made it an easy choice despite reading some other reviews and hearing from other people some weird stuff like negligence and bad management with frequent change of employees. My three years old had three different incidents: One was when another kid (who the management themselves said they know he is violent) pulled my kid out to the ground violently to grab a toy from him in the playground. The teachers were chatting on the other side having no idea what was going on. I, luckily, was picking him up and saw what happened through the fence, had to shout at the teachers to take care of what's going on the other side! Second incident, my kid came back home to find that he has dried (indicating it's been for long) poop inside his pants. Apparently no one checked on him for few good hours.
Third and most horrible, I was picking him up to discover that he is missing a tooth. Interestingly no one noticed or know what happened. When we started investigating, they started to tell different and sometime contradicting stories! We decided to meet with the owner the next day. Was extremely arrogant and in denial and started very ridiculous argument as "how can we make sure that this happened here!!!!". “Heh ... simply I dropped him off with his tooth in the morning and picked him up without it!", I replied. At the beginning I was thinking he will be a reasonable man. I asked him to give me a sort of guarantee that this will never happen again to my kid (being the third incident). He arrogantly said "I don't guarantee anything". I had to give him a lesson and said "this is your business, and I can understand you being defensive, but you are playing it win/lose not a win/win. You could've at least be smart and contain parents concerned about their 3 years old and say, sir, we don't guarantee anything would happen but we can promise to take good care of your kid and work on trying to prevent these issues". The problems was that we were new to the whole town, the place was so convenient being so close to our house, and me and my wife are both working; but when we reached this non-sense argument; it was a real easy decision for me to pull the kid and stay home with him until we, in few days, found another real good place just an extra mile farther in Overton where they really CARE about your kid!
