I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I have taken very long time to write this review. My son attended this place for about 6 months. We had sent him to learn and mingle with other kids. The teachers are ok but the director constantly used to complain about the child that he was not potty trained etc. They kept him in those soiled clothes the whole day until we came to collect him in the evening. We paid over $1,200 fee each month. My son likes to eat Pizza. One time the teachers refused to give him a slice of pizza worth of $2/- just because he had no cash/ or we did not send money with him. They neither announced or sent a note about pizza distribution the next day. A child of 3.5 years is a child who barely knows anything. All he needed was to learn new things from the teachers and other kids. Do not send your kids to this place where your kid will learn to be rebellious due to abuse. I wanted to give zero stars if it was possible. Stay away!

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I can’t even give this place one star. What a waste of money and time. As long as your child has no issues they are fine because they are not ready to put in any work. This school wants trained little puppies who follow directions all the time. This shows how little they know about how toddler thrive. Please do yourself and favor and do research. Stay away from this place. They think they are learning center when they can’t even deal with hyper toddlers, they think they are educators big lie. Check out Genesis Preschool and Academy where owners has a very high education and works with all kinds of kids. She is educated which they are lacking, trained again not in Prime. Terrible place, not a good place for a curious minds and most importantly not supportive at all. Cheap place cheap quality.
