I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has gone to this school 4 years now! My child was well taken care of from age 2 to 5. I never experienced any issues with diaper changing while he was potty training. I've always been happy with the care my child has received from Premier. The staff there is great and my son is very prepared for kindergarten!

Check the reports with Maryland's Daycare administration and Social Services before sending your child here.

If Zero were an option, I'd have chosen that. This facility is filthy - bathrooms are dirty, toilets are disgusting, carpets are ripped. Teachers are clearly tired, beaten down by owner/director and always sitting. In comparison to my son's new school where teachers are fresh faced, warm and welcoming and always on their feet engaged with the children, Premier's staff is always huddled with peers, children are always playing independently. Their policy was recently changed from checking diapers once before and once after nap time to looking every 2 hours. The policy changed because a student was left in his feces for so long he developed a 7 day, grapefruit sized welt on his inner thigh. Diapers are placed on backwards by afternoon staff and our child came home every day saying his teacher hit him and that he was sad. Granted, children make up stories, but after hearing the above, I question whether or not there may have been truth behind his tale. Nonetheless, we are thrilled with the care we've received from Crossroads in Davidsonville - Premier's philosophy has something to do with being friendly and providing outstanding care. My advice to them is to figure out how to bring to life that philosophy.
