By all means no matter what circumstances should a child be discriminated against just because they have only been at the facility a few months. When a child is moving on up from pre-school to kindergarden regardless of how long they have been at your center, they have attended a center and just happens to be graduating from your center, they should be allowed to graduate with the others. This singling out at such an early age at that is a mental abuse of a child that can, not in anyway, be justified. That would be like someone graduating in school and being told oh no you can't graduate here because you didn't go to this school your whole life!!! As I stated in my first sentence this is a form of discrimination and the families have a legal right to take this to court and have the Center at the least paying Restitution to each family that this is happening to or has happened to in the past on the grounds of,once more, "discrimination." I believe someone's "rules" needs to be looked into closer by the BBB at the least, or even the licensing board!!!
