About the Provider
At Pat’s Learning Academy we believe that children learn through play. Our children experience hands on activities, that encourage them to use their emotional, intellectual, physical, and social developmental skills in the world in which they live. Children should have fun while they learn. Daily activities are designed to encourage children to learn in their environment. We believe through play children obtain the foundation for learning including, reading and writing. Children should be surrounded by a safe, clean, joyful atmosphere. They love to experiment with their five senses. These things are accessible to the children for learning and exploring in well enriched centers. Our goal is to encourage children to become self-confident and independent learners. Enhanced self esteem increases the desire for young children to learn. A positive guidance, supportive and non- judgmental learning environment are the most effective methods for growth and development of young children.
