In the future all injury, incident, and illness reports will be written in time to be given to the child's parent the same day the problems occurred. Also all staff are aware that all children should be supervised at all times with no exceptions. Although the injury/accident repot were not completed by the time the parent came the day of the injury and accident occurred they were completed later on the same day. Parents were offered the original but refused to take them. They are on file in the accident file as well as in the child file. They are included here.
