I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter started preschool, after a month later, she was complaining and telling me that her teacher was mean. After I discuss the situation with the owner. They told me that she does not belong to this class and I should switch her. They should of worked little harder on her knowing that she has never been in a school environment before. There are a lot of kids in there and I think they do not have the patience to care for the kids. I did not agree and decided to pull her out. They charged us whole month of October but she only attended 2 days withing that month. They also charged us in June a non refundable registration fee as well as the first month tuition (which is September). In September, they charged us again. They would not refund anything back. There are a lot of other places in Hillsborough for child care, I would stay away from this facility.
