I used this place for years and absolutely loved the owner and staff, until the owner had to leave and a staff member took the place over. The staff member could not keep billing straight and when they started the process to keep DFS compliance they started calling in false claims of child abuse in on our child. When we tried to resolve with the owner with what she had put in writing she told us to throw that out the window and that it did not matter (in terms of billing) and suddenly the abuse claim came in.
Beware. Do your research. There are facility violations here.
