This daycare is trying to make up for their cash flow issues by charging me for services I didn't use, after I canceled enrollment, three years ago. This is fraudulent business practices. If they can't be trusted not to cheat clients they probably shouldn't be trusted with kids.
My daughter has attended here for nearly 5 years. She is always happy to go to school and loves the entire staff. I have never had any issues in care whatsoever. The staff loves each child as if they were their own. This is definitely a nurturing environment where your child will learn everyday. My daughter is currently enrolled in the VPK program and has excelled! I also attended this school as a child over 30 years ago. Some of the same staff are still there today. Most of the teachers have been there for over 20 years. There is no turnaround as mentioned in the other review. I would most certainly recommend this facility to anyone who asks.
Staff turnover is constant. There is absolutely ZERO learning being done. The kids are basically turned loose into the sandbox in the back and do whatever they want. Overtime I come to pick up my children, there is bumps, bruises, and no explanation other than "they were playing and probably bumped something". Two of the employees are unfit to care for children due to physical limitations. Once can barely walk, how is she going to prevent a child from falling or chocking? This place cannot even keep sign in sheets correct. They don't even know how many kids are there at any given time. If I had another option, I would take it. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.
