Large plastic bags used for storage were hung accessible to children walking from the activity area to the kitchen for meals and snacks. The operator removed the bags during today's visit. Outdoors, balls and play equipment inside the fenced area were soiled. These items should be removed from the area until they are cleaned/ pressure washed.
