I pulled my son out after 5 months and ended on a bad note with Nancy, the owner, as well as the older teachers assistants. They give you almost little to no say as a parent and turn the other way when you actually speak out and want to get some answers yourself.
As a first time parent to a 3 year old I have never seen such a facility where they can be so one sided, unprofessional and not accomodating to their PAYING parents.
I decided to pull out my son out after an upsetting situation with the older teachers assistants. After a few days of trying to email and call for our remaining balance, Nancy finally spoke to me and told me she would NOT give back my one week security as well as one week’s pre paid tuition. She would not accommodate me even when it was NOT MY FAULT I was inconvenienced and that her staff were rude to me. I am still in awe of how a daycare facility can make parents feel so unimportant and INFERIOR to them.
On top of that, Nancy ended up calling me childish because my hunch as a PARENT was to pull him out JUST IN CASE they decide to neglect him after all this trouble and back and forth. I lost about $500+, but I stand firm with my dignity as a parent. On top of that, one of their staff members even came to me and told me that the owner and some other staff are so UNPROFESSIONAL. That is truth from the inside!
Your children are our number one priority. We love your children like family. Your children learn a lot thru the day. The children like the school so much that some want to stay longer. The children's needs are always met. We work with the parents to give your child the best experience. Some children have never been away from parents before. It may take a week or two to adjust, but then your child will be waving goodbye and singing when you take them home. Children are served breakfast lunch and snacks. We have text messaging and e mail to keep parents informed. I do highly recommend this school.
