This is an orientation class sponsored by the Division. Proof of attendance shall be maintained in the Directors file. 300.303.2.e.Staff members in a child care center shall be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Exceptions may be allowed for individuals sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) years of age to work in a center if they meet all of the following criteria:The individual shall be enrolled in a high school or General Education Diploma (GED) curriculum. 300.303.4.All staff members who work directly with children shall obtain at least fifteen (15) hours of training each year in continuing Early Childhood Education.
