Options is a great child care center. My son loves coming here and I know that he is well looked after. Teachers always give me details about his day and I know they are really paying attention to his development. Beautiful huge backyard too.
They are not nice people! They don’t follow regulations and speak down to people that work there. The owners don’t even work and complain about the kids. I usually don’t write reviews like this be do not waste your time going here!
Too many kids, does not follow NYS ratio guidelines. Poor management, high staff turnover. The owner although she has been a special education teacher for many years does not do well with children with special needs. Poor communication skills and definitely not worth the ridiculous amount they charge. So disappointed we wasted a lot of money here.
My daughter went here
My children were well prepared for kindergarten at the Preschool at Options. They loved it there and so did I. I knew they were learning, having fun, and were safe and secure as I drove off to work each day. They are true professionals. Would highly recommend!
It is great place for all children.it is very clean and friendly staff. I love this center so much God bless.
