????????????????????????????????????????Please do your research before enrolling your children in this daycare. The owner Sharon is very rude and hot tempered. She gossips about her staff to parents and bad talk other parents one another. There’s always a parent in the conference room complaining of their child coming home with undocumented bites on their faces.
Sharon claims to be a Christian and told another parent that if it wasn’t for her telling me my son seems to be autistic that he wouldn’t have gotten proper help with autism but she holds no medical license to legally diagnose him. Due to Sharon’s unprofessional behavior theirs tons of staff turnover. In the past 12 months there has been atleast 8 to 9 different teachers; which have resigned or got fired. There was a recent incident where Sharon went off on one of the ladies and fired her in my presence while dropping off my children. Children feeding schedules aren’t documented properly. My 3 year old son comes home rushing to the fridge because he hasn’t ate. My son was moved out of his age appropriate room and refused daycare on the days his preschool is closed because the director Dawn said that she doesn’t want to deal with him because he is autistic and he wonders. Many times I pick my son up and his face is covered with snot and soiled, gelatin diapers. Per state law, children diapers are required to be changed every two hours. I don’t understand how this is happening when you’re required to label each individual diaper with child’s first and last name. Children are still coming home with diapers with other children’s name on them. They’ve provided you with a daily sheet which that supposed to show how many times you’re child diaper is changed and when and how your child ate. Mornings I would come in and there’s walking toddlers 1-3 y/o in an already overcrowded room with infants, the infants are crying while strapped to their bouncy chairs self-feeding, some are in their cribs with blankets which is also a big no no! They could actually suffocate. The caregiver Karina on duty complained the class was too many for her. She stated that a little girl that was crying, cries too much and she wish she would just keep quiet. I also witnessed the same caregiver put a baby boy which I won’t mention his name; I’ll just call him “E” in a crib without a sheet on the bare plastic mattress just to come and pick my daughter from the front door. It also is a huge safety concern that my daughter is behind the front desk with Dawn or Amber and not in her classroom when I come to pick my children up. The director Dawn is confined to her chair and always complains about body ailments. If she was to fall it could cause injuries to my child, other children and Dawn. There’s a middle school child wondering around the building unsupervised and in younger children’s classrooms performing labor as caregiver and janitor. She attends before and after school care there which their after school program age cut off is 12 years old. It seems Sharon nor Dawn no longer see the joy of providing childcare. Sharon is definitely only on it for the money and it shows. She got upset today when I asked her why my daughter is out of diapers so soon when I just bought in a sleeve not even a week ago and complained of missing diapers and my daughter coming home with diapers with other children’s name on them. Sharon asked how do I feel about their service then became irate once I gave her my feedback. I told Sharon my concerns and asked her how we were going to go about a resolution thinking that she would have an idea of what to do to ensure diapers aren’t missing especially when she requires diapers to be labeled individually. She then said if I wasn’t happy with their services that I should remove my children from her facility. Her whole demeanor changed, her eyes became bloodshot red and I know I had to protect myself so I asked her for her consent to voice record the conversation. Since she also records with many cameras she have placed throughout her facility. She said no and started shouting I need to leave her property in front of the other parents that were picking up their children, parents were hovering their children to get them out the door as they were in fear her loud shouting. I had to call the cops and she criminal trespass me. See photos
Please be aware of these things red flags and please speak up if you see anything it could be your child

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! I REPEAT... DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! My children were here for two years and it was the worst mistake! The 1 star is ONLY for the very few decent teachers in this excuse for childcare (Ms. Rosanna, Ms. Jackie and Ms. Adrianna). Otherwise, this place is a complete joke, filled with "teachers" or an even funnier description "childcare professionals".

Dawn (who doesn't deserve the Ms.) is probably the worst of them all. She actually was careless enough to express to her middle school aged son (who "works" there in the afternoons) that she "really doesn't like" my son (who was in her class at the time) or his family. Her son then tells my daughter (4th grade at the time). If you thought for a second that I was gonna let this slide...you have another thing coming!! Sharon tells me that she removes her from the classroom, but every time I drop my son off and pick him up, she's sitting on the couch. Now you tell me...what does she do all day???

THEN, his next teacher was fired because she wasn't changing the children's pull ups!!! His latest teacher is physically handicapped and cannot keep up with any of the kids, let alone my son who is fast at running!!!

Sharon the owner, is only concerned about money, and their new director (whose name isn't even relevant enough to remember) more than likely captures and roasts children in her oven! #WITCH. You could ask Sharon (who is there EVERYDAY) how your child is doing, and her real response at my turn at this question on several occasions was "I don't know, let me check".

Listen, if you want to spend your hard earned money for a place that feeds your kids canned foods all day, be my guest! For the decent teachers who are there, there are better programs...please find them, for your sake!

I believe all the other negative reviews on this site and others regarding this facility, the staff and especially the owner Sharon!! Do your homework and read these negative reviews! I assure you they are 100% accurate! We had a very troubling and disturbing experience here. Do not trust them with your children!! Something is going on... i just dont know what

worst daycare ever! in the beginning everything seemed fine, but i should have known when things kept happening. my daughter would come home soaked through her clothes from a wet diaper, came home with a black eye (no incident report) bruises and scratches all over her. (no incident reports) she was clearly having rashes due to being allergic to something, her rashes did not happen at home. so after i brought it nicely to the daycares attention they handed me a referral letter to take my daughter to the doctor instead of solving the problem. then proceeded to tell me it was best i dont bring my daughter back to daycare. through an email! could not tell me on the phone or in person.. so after i respectfully removed my daughter, they continued to run my card for weekly amounts. all the owners care about is money, not the well being of a child!

I was fooled like everyone else. At first everyone was nice and courteous. After a while the true colors of Sharon Wilson and some staff came out. Sharon is the biggest gossip. Nothing is ever said in confidence. Then when things get back to that person she then blames everyone else. I have seen her fire an employee for child abuse only to hire her (Mina) back a month later. She thrives on drama. I have seen her remove an ex employee from the facility just because they had a difference of opinion than her. I have seen Sharon remove a parent from the facility by calling the cops just because that parent wanted to watch their child on the video monitor. I have seen and heard Sharon belittle her employees and parents. Sharon claims to be of the lord only to lie and back-stab others whenever she chooses to make it seem like the others fault. She claims to be someone to lean on only to not stand by her statements and soon as you leave she tells everyone your business. I have seen huge employee turnaround due to belittling of the employees, no pay raises (employees fault of using too many supplies). She favors employees who cause drama, Rebecca, Jenifer, Beverly and Ashley (all major contributors). Do not go here. Sharon is full of B.S.
