New Horizons Child Care Ministry provides the families of East Chicago, IN with a reliable choice in childcare that takes place in a Christian environment. We offer playtime and learning skills that meet the developmental needs of children from 6 months old to 5 years of age. We also offer a specifically designed after-school tutoring program for children 6–12 years old.
