I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have had two children attending this daycare one in the past and one currently attending. I’ve never had any reason to question the abilities of the staff They are very nurturing and caring to my children I’m very satisfied with the way they r learning and they are always eager to enter the daycare. Thanks to a wonderful team. Thank you miss nero.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Wow I've actually experienced the same thing. I thought I was over seeing everything but after reading 1s reviews I can definitely agree with somethings. #1. Indeed Latisha is never there unless it's talk about business & signing ur baby up for daycare & painting u a picture the they are the best I call Latisha The Face of The DayCare because that's just what she is Nadine G. Is the actual provider if u ready ur Docs. Correctly. #2. It was always a delay picking up my baby because they always change him as at 6pm when I get there & he always seems to be sleepy. #3. Yes it's true they don't use all the products that's been provided I've asked them Why that is & I was told by Latisha the face of the day are that "it's not required for staff to apply ointment on the baby's bottom after each diaper change. Which is total B.S. I think. #4. An older lady there taking care of the kids seems very lazy I seen her sitting flat on the floor in the past with 2babies around her. I wish I would have seen her communicating with them an not just shake a shack shack because babies are sensitive being and they actually understands with time when speaking to them.

Worried mom 2014-02-06 17:49:59

My son seem to love the attention he was receiving from the aids from what I saw when I came to pick him up. A few days later I started to feel uncomfortable with having him there 1. The mother, whom everyone refers to as Nana, took my son into her personal bedroom to lay in her Ed to wait for me to come pick him up. 2. Latisha is RARELY ever there! 3. They say that there is 2 aids nd nana there ..... THAT'S A LIE ! It's only 1 aid & nana if nana is even there. 4. Latisha tries to push parents into joining a "network" that's pays her an obscene amount of money to care for children. 5. Ive witness them leaving my 5 month old son who could barely sit up in a high hair with no support!!!!!! 6. They always tell you how kids leave and come back ! So what 7. For the 4 days that my son was there 3 days as soon as I go there an aid is changing my son hmmmmm what a coincidence that he pees his diaper at 6'oclocj everyday 8. They never use the items that you provide for your child. I've seen the aid putting baby powder when I provide desitin nd using a different brand of wipes than I provided. 9. They don't use the formula that parents provide. My son drinks Enfamil. One day I tok home a bottle that was just made put was put to cool down because they made it to hot nd it was a eggnog color. Definitely not the color of Enfamil. 10. Lost my job because they made my sons bottle too thick then cut the nipple nd my son refuse to drink from the slit nipple because it was choking him so I had to spend $25 on rush delivery for new nipples/bottles after I explained to them that his bottles are hard to find nd that I was waiting on restock. 11. Nana told me that the aid Tasha slit it because she thought that my son was having difficulty drinking his formula! He uses the same bottles since he was born nd never had difficulty! So how think did you make his formula?!!! Dummies!! 12. Told nana that I suspected someone was hitting Liam she flew into a rage nd I explained that he would flinch if I tried to touch his head which was very unusual. 13. I had to stop working because I don't know who to trust with the well being of my son so until my son can talk I won't be able to be at ease or trust any daycare or babysitting with caring for him!!!
