Description: CACS Head Start in Michigan is a comprehensive preschool program serving low income children ages birth to 5 years old. We serve 1651 children in Ingham, Eaton, Clinton and Shiawassee counties each year. Head Start’s mission is to meet children’s needs so all are on a path for school success.
