I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Terrible experience here. Every time I come in, I either hear Ms dawn or Ms Julie yelling at the kids. Ms. Julie likes to brag on fridays about how shes going out with the staff to get wasted at a bar. My child was scolded for running in excitement to greet me when I came to pick my child up. Ms Julie is constantly smoking outside with a pillow that props open the front door so she's not locked out from re-entering. Great security. My child was critiqued for doing things a normal child does. Makes you raise an eyebrow. Staff is trashy looking, dresses in sweats, and doesn't make a good impression of being a role model. One word...ghetto. My child barely came home with a project; I feel like my child learned nothing all year. I never saw "Mimi". Only in the beginning of the year, and she looks completely high. Toddler room smells like poop all the time, and they lose your personal items. Stay away. I shouldn't have waited all year to take my child out.
