AMAZING childcare facility! The staff here are SUPERB! Assess each child thoroughly and develops an individualized plan to meet them where they are at and build their knowledge! My daughter is beyond prepared for kindergarten after this school. Her behavior is amazing and staff care about your child and always go above and beyond. Public and even private schools we have gone to do not even compare. Very affordable. If you want great care and education for your child, look no further!
Very unprofessional staff all the way around. I would never recommend.
While the staff is friendly the administration is horribly rude. The parents "rules" are incredibly ridged and little consideration is given to life events. If your life circumstances change, you are still held accountable for things I.E. You are required a 2 week written notice for any changes, (no longer need pre care) even if the child does not attend mornings, you STILL PAY. You are nickel and dimed with Fees. My child was home sick an entire week and I was hit with a late fee for not paying on time. (Mind you I pay an entire month in advance w no payment issues) No concern was expressed as to the well being of the child, just an inquiry as to the money owed. Your child can attend on early release days. You HAVE to sign up for this, and even if you are able to pick up your child on that early release day, you are still liable for the additional fee they charge you that week. They have a MANDATORY fundraiser event. You are REQUIRED to volunteer at a bake sale AND make four dozen baked items to help raise funds for the school or PAY a penalty... we opted for a penalty as we had a family Christmas party on the day they were hosting the bake sale. This was greeted with attitude and we were treated rudely with a lack of understanding. Finally, they fell delinquent on their records in an audit. The administrator notified us by an informal rudely worded letter threatening our child would not be able to return to the program until after we furnished the paperwork and were given 3 business days to produce this. Despite, their lack of record keeping had let this issue fall delinquent for 3 months. The administrator blamed us for allowing this paperwork to fall behind, and stated it was our responsibility to keep their records up to date. After paying an expedition fee at our pediatrics we had expressed our discontent with their handling of the subject to which I was handed the form back and told you can take this and he doesn't have to come back if this is a problem. (we were already paid through the closing of the school year) I stated, no, we are paid, the child will attend through the school year but will not be back the next year. To which I was answered "Good, we wouldn't have you back anyway" We interviewed them for Pre K and elected Jack N Jill (Highly recommended) as we felt something ill. Unfortunately in 4 months our suspicions were confirmed.
