Mashpee Creative Children's Center

The goal of The Mashpee Creative Children's Center is to nurture happy, intelligent, well-adjusted children. Here you will find a nurturing and caring educational-social environment for preschool children ages 3 to 6 years. Our dedicated early childhood teachers are educated and experienced in child development and our curriculum is designed to meet the varying developmental needs of the children. Teachers are facilitators of the learning process and encourage children to learn and grow in their own special way.
We celebrate the child and nurture individual strengths. Toilet training is not a pre-requisite for preschool , however, following simple directions, accepting and complying with teacher instruction, listening and attending skills and being able to participate in small group activities are indicators of preschool readiness skills. We have 28 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and make accommodations to meet the needs of every child, however, there are times when a child does not have preschool readiness skills to be in a structured preschool program and may need the gift of time to develop these skills and/or additional intervention services, that are not services our program can provide. These services are provided through the your town's Dept. of Special Education.
Our programs offer a variety of half day preschool options.
We recognize that each child has unique talents, learning styles and personalities. Our highly-qualified and dedicated teachers are committed to working within each child's comfort zone to ensure optimal social, emotional and educational results. At The Creative Children's Center, all children are unique and special and we encourage each child to develop his/her own talents and interests.
