DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL
I unfortunately could not be more disappointed and disgusted with this school. I recently moved to the city of corona and was looking for a great new school for my 2 year old. We started during the holiday season so an abnormal schedule was expected. January 6th started a regular schedule but by the morning of the 9th I had rushed to the school to pull my child out.
Jan. 6th evening - I picked up my 2 year old and asked the teacher how my child's day was. She stated that my child played by them self most of the day because the other children are very rude.
Jan. 7th- I noticed something very unusual during my child's diaper change at home that evening. It's a normal routine, at home, that my husband and I put diaper cream on my child during changes. In the morning my husband put cream on but did NOT send it to school. At the end of the day we received a report that my child's diaper was checked 6 times during the course of the day. While changing my child that evening I noticed diaper cream was still on from when my husband applied it in the morning.
Jan. 8th - My husband walked into the classroom to drop off our child and noticed there was NO teacher, however there were several children playing. He peaked in the next room and asked where the teacher was. The teacher looked puzzled and replied, "She should be in there." As my husband walked into my child's classroom the teacher was walking out of the restroom! How dare she leave the children without any supervision!!
Jan. 9th - As my husband put our child in the car for school our child started crying that they didn't want to go. This is extremely unusual! As he pulled up to the school our child screamed that they didn't want to go. Unfortunately he left our child there but quickly realized it was a very bad idea. I rushed to the school, which was 25 miles away, and told the receptionist I wanted my child and that we would NOT be back. By the time I arrived my child had only been at the school for 45 minutes. As I walked towards my child's classroom I was stopped and told that the director would like to speak to me first. As I stated my concerns to the director and receptionist another teacher was overhearing the conversation. Enough was enough, I was done explaining myself and told the director I wanted my child NOW. As we stepped into the classroom the teacher that had overheard my conversation was sitting in a circle with all the kids and my child's teacher. My child was standing and they were singing a song about how happy they were that my child was there. The director says "see, look how much fun she's having." My child notices I'm there and runs up and says "momma, I had a good day at school today!" SHE WAS ONLY THERE 45 MINUTES and had NEVER said this to me before. How dare they manipulate my child into telling me something that wasn't true! I couldn't get my child out of there fast enough.
Please do not make my mistake and enroll your child in this school. Make sure to check all references, reviews AND other parent feedback. Take the time! This is your child's well being we are talking about!
