Observed under the climber on big playground and under swings on the toddler playground impact less than six inches, licensing observed the ground. Under the big slide play equipment there are carpet pieces that does not meet EWF guidelines.

Observed 11 month old asleep on cot. It was reported to licensing child had been transiting for a week to move to the one year old room.
