If I could give this daycare a 0 I would. The second you advocate for your children , you put a target on their backs. Don't think about posting about disagreeing with them either because they will immediately discontinue care.
This has been an ongoing battle with this daycare since the leadership who actually cared either left or were left go. There is a constant turn around with teachers. Not to mention the director who truly thinks she is above everyone. After she screamed at my child with me standing there I went to the regional director and discussed ALL of my issues over a 20 minute phone call. In which Andrea- agreed it was unprofessional and completely uncalled for. More things happened in regards to my daughter's behavior, I requested video to see what was going on or triggering her. It took 3 weeks for Andrea to reply- completely unacceptable once again. So I took it above her to the VP Cheryl. Whom I had about a 45 minute conversation discussing the issues once again and giving the credit to the teachers who deserved it. Magically right after this- my daughter was suspended for a day. Leaving me completely blindsided and a complete retatalition move. Things progressively got worse and got worse quickly after I involved the VP. All because I'm pointing out the issues and standing up for my children. Ive had a meeting to discuss this. I have multiple calls and emails with the regional director and VP. I get a phone call from Andrea stating behavior needs to change or they will be disenrolling her- no timeline, no guideline, no anything. The fact my daughter got a write up last week for not helping clean up and then this week tries to clean up and is told no. She's 4 , why confusing her when she knows she was just in trouble for not cleaning up last week. Good luck even getting communication from leadership, they've not spoken to me all week and expect the teachers to handle all the dirty work. I get there today to my sons stuff all packed. I tried calling once i got home from my number, did they answer- nope. I call from a private number and they answer within 2 rings. I get lied to bluntly about them doing deep cleaning and then recieve an email stating her behavior is not improving and due to my social media post i don't agree with their policies and procedures its best they discontinue care immediately. So instead of sending this email earlier or having leadership say something when I was there- I now get to go back to gather my daughters belongings. Am I saying my daughter's behaviour is acceptable, no. She's also 4 years old. So now- all 3 of my children have to be enrolled in another daycare ASAP considering I still am a working parent. They are fast to pull their handbook but quick to ignore the handbook when a parent pulls up guidelines and policies.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this daycare like the plague.
